池之平昌信（イケノヒラマサノブ）

1966年鹿児島生まれ

東京工芸短大写真技術科卒。在学中より国内のスポーツ、レースを、1987年からF-1GPの撮影を開始。 世界20カ国以上、約50カ所のサーキットなどへ赴き約300以上のレース、ラリー等のイベントを取材・撮影。 国内外のレース専門誌、自動車雑誌、一般誌、新聞、カメラ雑誌などへの寄稿多数。

Masanobu IKENOHIRA was born in 1966. He Graduated from Department of Photographic Engineering, Tokyo Polytechnic University Junior College. He started his photographic career in 1987 by working for a Motorsports News and News agency. He traveled all over the world and covered all kind of motorsports, the World Rally Championship, Sportscars, Indycar and F1 Grands Prix. In 1991, He got established as a freelancer. He now covers domestic races, Formula Nippon, Super GT Series and D1 Grand Prix as well as has been active as automotive photographer. Recently, He is contributing to not only numerous Japanese magazines and newspapers but also overseas web magazines.
