I am just an original creator of "Female Dark Elf". I am creating 3D works since June 2006, and the description is also exhibited by my home page.In 18th October, I uploaded my latest work at FPSBANANA(www.fpsbanana.com). However, I received blame as "Disapproved for Credit theft". And my work suddenly got "trashed" by staff. That is incorrect judgment. Original creator is ME. Stolen works There, garrysmod.org is redistributing my works without my copyrights.
At FPSBANANA, slanderer insulted me for that reason. I complained about validity. However, staff didn't show any response except the page which I uploaded my latest work then got "trashed" was deleted completely. At garrysmod.org, this Robo Heads ignored my copyrights and removed my readme and sample image from .zip. Two of his works were undoubtedly my works which has compiled 19 months ago and has released by myself at modDB: http://www.moddb.com/members/2nddeer/addons. Please check my profile and release date at modDB. My validity I am writing a tips, tutorial and journal about making my dark elf at my site, right here. My journal is able to indicate its process and start day; moreover, there are a lot of screen shots. None know everything about my dark elf than me. Let me show you the evidence. It is a texture file. My name is written down on the texture material. Please check it from Robo Heads' redistributed file. It is completely the same. My name is on "his" texture, too. Oh, yes, it is up side down but OK in the game. Current state Now I requested for garrysmod.org to delete the assumed works by Robo Heads. Their reply doesn't still reach. I have preparation of next legal level. I want them to do immediately, for not take the following procedure. "Female Dark Elf" is my first 3D character and it has high importances for me. I was thinking that opening contents to public is valuable deed. After this incident, It could be better to just post movies on youtube for purpose of avoiding steals when my new work goes finish even though you could not experience it in games.
