Diet I take care of my health.
For my health I try and eat health food,
take supplements and try not overeat.
I suffer from always feeling cold and high blood pressure.
I need a car to go out.
I drive everywhere and worry about my lack of exercise.
Chub\nese dishes were greasy when I was before illness.
Now, I like Japanese food, because Japanese food is lightly
seasoned.
Korean food is hot but I like Korean food.
I like spicy food. I always eat kelp.
I like a rice mixed with popped brown.
I don't like French and Italian food.
I cook fairly well. Recently, I'm vegitarian.
I like vegitarian better than meat.
I'm getting fat around the middle.
I'd be happy if I had a more slender figure.
I tried all kinds of diet but I couldn't even lose 800g,
but recently, I lose 5 kg in two months.
I broke down in health.
I think I should get more exercise.
I use the stairs instead of the escalator at the train stasion
and in department store.
For my health I try and eat health food and take supplements.
I often don't get enough sleep.
I think a lack of exercise and stress are bad for my health.
I think taking a hot spring bath, Chinese herbal medicine,
shiatsu, massage are effective in improving my health.
