    -(Bug from V127E)Right-Ctrl was not available.
    -(Win)UTF8 surrogate pair range was not processed.
    -(Lnx)For Destribution without gtk2 but with gtk3,
          "./configure --enable-gxe=no" compiles without gtk as temporary fix.
          By this option, gxe/gxp will not be installed and only xe is available.
