       -(Axe)segfault at "Quit" command.
       -(Axe)blank page at xehelp(local html view)
             (WebView dose not support frameset/frame, changed to use iframe)

     2.Additional.
       -(Axe)supports FileChooser Dialog
             Touching 1/3 of titlebar is shortcut to the dialog.
             It is used for specification of local file of File-->Download.

     3.Miscellaneous.
       -(Axe)Fontsize of HelpDialog is adjustable.
