EchoLink^R software allows licensed Amateur Radio stations to communicate with one another over the Internet, using voice-over-IP (VoIP) technology. The program allows worldwide connections to be made between stations, or from computer to station, greatly enhancing Amateur Radio's communications capabilities. There are more than 150,000 registered users in 152 nations worldwide!

The program runs on Microsoft? WindowsR. It is offered free of charge and may be downloaded here.

EchoLink is a full-featured software package with many important and useful features. For a brief overview, take a tour!

EchoLink^R software is offered free of charge to licensed Amateur Radio operators worldwide, for Amateur Radio use only. Please note that you must hold a valid Amateur Radio license in order to use EchoLink. After installing the program, you may be asked to provide proof of license if you wish to use it; see Authentication for more information.

This is a self-extracting installer, which installs the program and the help file. Download this file to your hard drive and then open it to begin installation. After installing, you can run EchoLink from the Programs section of your Start menu.

If you are upgrading from an earlier version of EchoLink, do not un-install or delete your existing software. Simply download and install the new version, and the software will be upgra

ded automatically, retaining all of your existing settings.

この情報を元に正規のアマチュア
無線局か審査されますの正確に
記入します。
特にE-Mailアドレスが重要です。

インストールした直後は、このような表示がでて、正規なアマチュア無線局か審査
している事を表示しています。
審査終了までに約10分から一日間待ちます。

審査が通り画面に運用リストが表示された　コールサインの後の-Ｌはリンク局
ーＲはレピーター局のノード局です。何も無い局はパソコンから直接参加している
局です。

審査で正規なアマチュア無線局か判断が付かない場合こんなメールが
EchoLinkサポートチームから届きます。
内容は、免許状のコピーをE-MailかＦＡＸで送ってくださいと言う案内です。

Even though we may have already determined that the callsign JH0YHV is valid, we need to ensure that the request to use this callsign is authorized. This is part of the normal EchoLink validation procedure for new users.

We can validate this callsign if we receive a copy of your valid Amateur Radio licence. Please be sure the copy CLEARLY shows the station callsign, and also the expiration date, if applicable.

There are two ways you can do this:

You can fax a copy of the current licence for JH0YHV, including your e-mail address, to:

   +1 312-803-1851 (a U.S. number)

Or, scan it or digitally photograph it, and send it as an e-mail attachment to this address using the "reply" feature in your e-mail program, or to:

   validation@echolink.org

If you are sending an attachment, please be sure it is in JPG, GIF, PNG, or TIF format, and include JH0YHV in the subject line.

Please note that this is the only document we can accept for validation. Other documents, such as Web pages, reference copies, membership cards, and test results cannot be used for EchoLink validation.
