Suishin Ryu (SSR) means: The Soul flowing like Water. Our style is a combination of Zen Buddhism combined with full contact Karate, Self Defense and teaching our youth self-respect. Our main objective is to teach people from all over the world, how to be strong both physically and spiritually.
