２００３年度 Primary 4-6 class
小学４、６年生のクラス
４年生くらいから塾通いが始まるためにクラブを辞める子ども達が増えてきます。
現在は４年生の男の子、６年生のわたしの娘と、娘の友達の３人のクラスです。
６年生の子ども達はStage6を使用していましたが、現在はStage5を学習しています。
レッスン６０分の内訳は
５分：歌、２０分：Small Talk（＊１）、２０分：ORT、５−１０分：アクティビティー（＊２）、１５分：Game（＊３）

| （＊１）Small Talkでは毎回先週末の出来事を中心に話をします。 子ども達が話したことをホワイトボードに書きます。それを子ども達はプリントに書き写します。 それを次回までに（書き足したりしながら）文章にしてきます。 （＊２）Activityの時間にはSpelling Testを普段はしています。 特別なイベントの時はそれを行います。Spelling Testは毎回１０題。先生の発音を聞いて、単語を 書きます。 （＊３）Gameの時間は、英語を使って楽しく遊ぶことを目的としています。 Pictionaryはホワイトボードに絵を描いて、それが何かを当てるゲームです。英語で答えます。 絵が上手で(^^;わからないときは、Give me a clue（ヒントをくれ〜〜）と言います。 当てた人が次に絵を描くことが出来ます。 Go Fishはカードゲームです。大文字と小文字のアルファベットのカードを１人５枚ずつ配ります。 早く、たくさん大文字と小文字のペアを作った人が勝ちです。 自分が持っているカードのペアを持っていそうな人にDo you have ___?と聞きます。もし聞かれた 人が持っていたら、そのカードを渡します。持っていなければ、Go fishと言います。 言われた人はセンターにおいてある残りのカードから１枚取ります。 Spelling Beeは単語を綴るゲーム、英語版のしりとりをしています。 子ども達はアルファベットを書くことが出来るので、ホワイトボードに書いていきます。 Spell thye word, say the wordと言って、単語を綴らせること、それを発音させることが出来ます。 相手チームの綴った単語の最後の文字が、次のチームの最初の単語の始まりの文字になります。 |
