Dr.Hayashi honorably received the Science & Technology Prize 3 years in a row from the Ministry of Education and gained the doctor's degree
from researching at the Medical Institute of Tokyo University. Dr.Hayashi is a permanent member of the Medical Institute of Tokyo University.
Dr.Hayashi contributed to Dr.Hidano's - former Dermatology professor of Tokyo Women's Medical College - retirement medical conference.
