ネット上で日記は、個人的にはthe last
thing I want to
doでした。しかし、英語を書くことが
学習の一環と言う立場にあるものが、sampleになるのも意味のないことではないだろう、
自分も毎日、英語に接する機会も増えるし、また、このホムペになんらかの足跡を残すことに
もなるかな、などなどlong,
sleepless autumn nightに考えて、半ば勢いでcreate。
3-sentenceとなってますけれども、not
necessarilyです。要するにnot longということです。

In order to do something else I had to absent myself from today's sign
language club's bazaar. To think the world is full of good people might
be too naive, and to think there are only evil ones is too sad. However,
In my life I have run into a few 'moster persons.' Well, usually people
think to themselves,"I am glad it was not me." If somebody repays
kindness with evil, it is so shocking.

My school received a letter from the one in quetion C.O.D. , which is
against the law. Enclosed in it was a law firm's document. Later the school
found out it was a false document. I wonder why they do this kind of stuff.
Intimidation!

Sports Day was held at our school. I talked with the bosses about a certain
problem.

If possible, I would like to work in my city, not in the middle of Osaka
any more. I am somewhat fed up with the way things are at my present workplace-the
way students are, etc. Well, I know wherever I go, things are not so different,
but I have at most only three years to go. Anyway my career ends sooner
or later.

Tonight's Communication English Ⅰclass was terrible with little participation.
Maybe I should not expect too much of the students, who are so apathetic.
I came across two evil-doers the day before yesterday. The existence of
evil in this world is really sad, but it is a fact.

Last night something shocking happened. It might change your view of
human nature. These days so many cruel things are being reported all over
the world, which might have a bad influence on people's minds, I am afraid.

Not a workday. Hung out at home almost all day.

Been to my mother's place. My mother, my siter, and I visited my father's
grave today. On the way back we spent some time at a restaurant. Ate lunch
with them, talked a lot, and came back home around 4:00 p.m. Took the 8:18
a.m. express this morning. Mom's gotten old. 86 now.

I gave a talk first period today by using PowerPoint for the first time
in class.
Sunday, September 21, 2014 Fair
Using PowerPoint yesterday and today, I got really tired. I am not used
to using it, and trying something new is tiring because I am an old man
now. At work taught Communication English Ⅰ. I tried hard to prepare for
it. There was a little participation. Usually almost none.

Prepared a PowerPoint presentation material at home although I did not
want to work at home.

Sent my homeroom students their first-term grades. Helped a student with
his report, taught in the first period, and corrected some reports. Waited
for a homeroom student's parent to call me in vain.

Two meetings to attent at work today. Info was given unilaterally. Had
addressed envelopes and some printed matter ready for tomorrow's shipment.
Grades are to be sent to homeroom kids tomorrow.
Wednesday, September 17, 2014 Fair
Payed a monthly visit to the clinic up north in Osaka. The doctor said
the same thing as before. "Just wait and see. That is all we can do."
Winter is my least favorite season because my neck is likely to hurt more.
Autumn seems to be short this year.

Went to the sign language circle in the morning. Just sit there watching
some members sign. I long for the relaxing atmosphere over ten years ago.
Things have changed here, too. Maybe I have aged.

A couple of days ago when my iPod was almost dead, I realized the importance
of podcast programs to to, so then I tried to listen to the podcast programs
on my smartphone. I downloaded the app. Now I listen to my smartphone more.
At work there was a fire drill. The sun was still hot and glaring.

An off day.Tomorrow is a workday. In no mood to do anything. Got up late
and just goofed all day.
Friday, September 12, 2014 Mostly cloudy
Today's workplace was like a battlefield. I had to teach in the first
and third periods. In the secod period, multiple stuidents came-some for
their makeups and some with their reports. Today is the deadline, but I
did not have enough time. All of them came at the last minute. It is physically
impossible to take care of them all at the same time. I almost got mad
at some of them because they seemed to self-centered. Well, not only such
students but also this system is to blame. However, I am a reemployed teacher
and not in a postion to complain about that.

At work took care of two students who came one day before the first-term
deadline. Prepared for Sunday's classes. Yesterday my iPod stopped downloading
podcast programs, so today I heard some podcast programs on my smartphone,
which is not bad. The weather has become so cool I cannot leave the windows
open at home.

My iPod did not download the podcast programs. I tried to fixed it in
vain. What is worse, I erased all the contents by mistakek, so my iPod
is dead now. Too bad.

The membership of the sign language circles in this city is declining.
Especially young people do not joing the circles. There are few young members
in the one I belong to, and the old members stick together, which appears
exclusive to new comers, so they do not stay.

One of the vice presidents visited my OCⅠclass in the first period.
I had him particpate in the lesson. He was a great help. In the second
and third periods gave some students a makeup or a retest. So busy until
I left for home.

It has been a full workday. Really tired when I got back home. I am a
reemployed teacher and underpaid, but I have to work this hard. And the
bosses are rather harsh on us reemployed ones, too. The workplace is rather
tough. Another boss is coming to visit my class tomorrow. Again. Why? Just
once is enough. It was not like this last year. So unilateral!
Saturday, September 16, 2014, Cloudy and then rainy.
Been to the usual English discussion session in the morning. Took an
afternoon nap. Woke up and cleared Candy Crush level 327, which was so
very tough! Lucky me! Used several items, though. Have none left now. So
many downpour warnings are being issued. Early this morning I heard it
raining so hard. It was rather scary.

Sat up till late working on the Super Crossword. Quite tough this time.

Thursday, September 14, 2014 Cloudy, occasionally rainy.
Two staff meetings. One for the Info Section and the other for all the
staff MCed by the vice president(from today on). On the way home did some
shopping. At home fell asleep in the evening.
Wednesday, September 3, 2014 Fair
Candy Crush level 433 was pretty tough to clear. I do not like timed
games. I feel like I am being pushed. I was completely off all day today,
which was good. I took it easy.
Tuesday, Sepetember 2, 2014 Fair
Jogged in the park for the first time in more than a week. It is good
to run there. Went to the sign language club for the first time in a month
or so. The young members were absent. The most of us are old. Unlike 15
years ago sign language is not popular now.

At work had my Communication English Ⅰclass visited by the boss. As
usual students' participation was poor. This visit was on short notice.
