ネット上で日記は、個人的にはthe last
thing I want to
doでした。しかし、英語を書くことが
学習の一環と言う立場にあるものが、sampleになるのも意味のないことではないだろう、
自分も毎日、英語に接する機会も増えるし、また、このホムペになんらかの足跡を残すことに
もなるかな、などなどlong,
sleepless autumn nightに考えて、半ば勢いでcreate。
3-sentenceとなってますけれども、not
necessarilyです。要するにnot longということです。

Monday, August 31, 2015 Cloudy occasionally rainy.
It has been a full day. I am tired enougn to go to bed now. At work on
library duty and another set of handouts. At home the cats keep pestering
me.
Sunday, August 30, 2015 Cloudy and then rainy.
At work I had our boss visiting my class in the 3rd period. The students'
participation was OK, so everytihig went all right. I waited for a student
who said she would come see me. Eventually, she did not show up. This kind
of thing is not rare, and I am used to it now, but it is not the way it
should be.
Saturday, August 29, 2015 Cloudy and then rainy.
Just relaxed at home all day. Tomorrow is a workday.
Friday, August 28, 2015 Cloudy.
Slow jogging early in the morning. Therefore, it is midnight now and
I am so sleepy. Today at work there was a staff meeting. I made some handouts
and prepared for sunday's classes.

Today's human rights workshop session was OK. Better than I expected.
Wednesday, Aaugust 26, 2015 Cloudy
I hear autumn insects chirping here and there. Jogged twice today, too.
Got to read more. I have lots of books to read.
Tuesday, August 25, 2015 Cloudy, occasionally rainy.
At work in no mood to work hard. The others had gone home early on the
fifth floor. I am not a full-time worker. They are. Well, Morale is low.
Monday, August 24, 2015 Fair
A workday. Worked in the English Interviewroom, which does not have air-conditioning.
Made another set of handouts and sent letters to the homeroom students
and some Introductory English students.
Sunday, August 23, 2015 Fair
At home all day except when I went 'slow-jogging' twice-in the morning
and at night. Calculated the medical expenses for June and July.
Saturday, August 22, 2015 Fair
Yesterday was my wife's 61st birthday. I bought her a birthday cake.
Just one more summer special holiday. Back to normal on Monday.
Wednesday, August 19, 2015 Cloudy, occasionally rainy.
Gaining weight again. So jogged twice today-only a drop in the bucket,
though. Have to finish a library book tomorrow.
Tuesday, August 18, 2015 Cloudy
Wrote a draft wedding speech for our second son's wedding in September.
Checked out two books at the library after returning two. Went shopping
while I was at it.
Monday, August 17, 2015 Cloudy, occasionally rainy.
A workday. Worked almost as planned. Took three hours off and hit the
road, buying something for supper on the way home. I am going to have six
consecutive holidays starting tomorrow.
Sunday, August 16, 2015 Cloudy
The weather is not too hot. Just hot. But my wife says it is still so
hot. Went slow-jogging in the park as usual. Spent most of the day reading
at home.
Saturday, August 15, 2015 Fair
Went slow-jogging early in the moning. That was a refreshing morning.
I have long forgotten what it is like to get up early and breathe in the
fresh morning air.
Friday, August 14, 2015 Coudy, occaionally rainy.
A bit less hot today. At work continued making ひとり学習handouts. Went
slow-jogging twice today. I am gaining weight. Too bad.
Thursday, August 13, 2015 Fair, occasioanlly cloudy.
Getting up early in the morning, I took the 7:08 a.m. train at the nearest
station to visit my father's grave wtih my mother and sister. There were
only a few people in the cemetery because it was still rather early. On
the way home we went shopping. Ate lunch at Mom's place, chatting about
this and that as usual. I was on the way around one thirty in the afternoon.
Wednesday, August 12, 2015 Fair
Yesterday at work continued making ひとり学習 handouts. Took three hours
off again and came back home. Today at home all day. Did STEPWELL in the
morning for 20 minutes.
Monday, August 10, 2015 Fair, with a shower at night.
At work finished making almost all the handouts necessary for the second
term. Also finished reading a book. Did a little shopping at the usual
supermarket on the way home. Took three hours off. I will do so until August
17.
Sunday, August 9, 2015 Fair
The weather has been so sticky and uncomfortable today. A hell of a summer
day. If I keep using air-conditioning during the day, the electricity bill
will go up and also it will not be very good for the health, either. At
night to get a good night's sleep, we use air-coditioning.
Saturady, August 8, 2015 Fair, with a shower in the afternoon.
I was at home all day. These days I do not go jogging. Instead I do some
indoor exercise because it is too hot even in the morning outside.
Friday, August 7, 2015 Fair
Decided not to work in the English Interview Room, for it is like a sauna.
Made another set of ひとり学習 sheets and took three hours off. In this
way, I can dine at home, which is more human.
Thursday, August 6, 2015 Fair
Worked in an air-conditioned room at work. Decided not to put up with
the heat while working because the heat is just impossible these days.
Even young workers get heat stroke. Got a haircut on the way home and bought
something for supper.
Wednesday, August 5, 2015 Fair
In this muggy weather it is impossible to go without air-conditioning.
Even our two cats sleep on their back with their legs spread wide open.
Tuesday, August 4, 2015 Fair
Working in such a hot room for a few hours straight, I almost got heat
stroke, so I decided to leave my workplace earlier than I thought. I am
no longer young.
Monday, August 3, 2015 Fair
A workday. At work just kept making handouts. Also worked on the Super
crossword for this month, which I printed at home with the new printer
for the first time. The English Interview Room was like a sauna. Took in
lots of water anyway. Bought cat food on the way home.
Sunday August 2, 2015 Fair
Yesterday my wife, her sister, and her mother went to the day care facility
to view PL's annual fireworks display. I was at home, watching TV. Our
second son was busy making arragngements for their wedding in September.
My right ear keeps ringing, so I went to the ear-nose-and-throat doctor.
He says there is nothing wrong. I thought so. Today is again too hot and
humid. Our second son is on his way back to Tokyo. Received two midyear
gifts-one from my frined in Kanagawa and the other from our first-born
son in Chiba.
