ネット上で日記は、個人的にはthe last
thing I want to
doでした。しかし、英語を書くことが
学習の一環と言う立場にあるものが、sampleになるのも意味のないことではないだろう、
自分も毎日、英語に接する機会も増えるし、また、このホムペになんらかの足跡を残すことに
もなるかな、などなどlong,
sleepless autumn nightに考えて、半ば勢いでcreate。
3-sentenceとなってますけれども、not
necessarilyです。要するにnot longということです。

Monday, November 30, 2015 Sunny and then cloudy.
No class to teach at work. Visited a colleague's class. On comming back
home, did the dishes and took out the plastic garbage.
Sunday, November 29, 2015 Cloudy
After teaching two classes, took my class to Korea Town for Homeroom
in the sixth period. Three other classes joined us, too. On the way home
went to buy some clothes-two sweaters and two colored shirts.
Saturday, November 28, 2015 Cloudy
Morning slow jog around 9:00 a.m. For the rest of the day stayed at home
and did a little cleaning around the desk. Tomorrow is a workday.
Friday, November 27, 2015 Cloudy
Worked overtime because a student came over with her reports a little
before I was about to hit the road. She works hard, and I am willing to
help.
Thursday, November 26, 2015 Cloudy
A workday today. The past three days were off-days. Yesterday I went
to the dentist. The day before yesterday off to the usual massage. Today
had two meetings as usual and did some miscellanesou work. On the way home
bought something to eat for supper after returning two library books. Today
I learned that they have lowered my commutation allowance by over 20,000
yen. without notice. Never become a teacher in this day and age. Things
have changed.
Sunday, November 22, 2015 Cloudy
Getting up very early iin the morning, went slow jogging in the park.
Reproted to work early and taught two classes in a row. The sixth period
was Homeroom. Came back home exhausted but went to the polls.
Saturday, November 21, 2015 Fair
Jogged rather late in the morning, took a quick shower, and went to the
usual Englsih conversation school, where I just listened to the others
talk.
Friday, November 20, 2015 Fair
So busy at work because today was the deadline for the second term. On
coming back home, did the dishes and took out the garbage.
Thursday, November 19, 2015 Fair
At work a student stood me up. She did not show up. I hope she will come
tomorrow. Otherwise she will fail her English.
Wednesday, November 18, 2015 Rainy
The new microwave oven came. I had my liver examined today in my doctor's
office. There was nothing wrong with it.
Tuesday, November 17, 2015 Cloudy and then rainy.
Yesterday at work one of my fellow English teachers visited my class.
Quite a full workdy. Today went to the electric appliances shop with my
wife in the rain. Bought a new microwave oven because the old one broke.
Also bought a new portable raido.
Sunday, November 15, 2015 Rainy and then cloudy.
Getting up early in the morning, went slow jogging in the park, and then
off to work. It took me quite a lot of time to correct twenty reports or
so. Taught in the second period and helped a student with her report and
gave a couple of students makeups. Came back home pretty tired.
Saturday, November 14, 2015 Cloudy, occasionally rainy.
Yesterday taught two classes in a row, so I had no time to correct reports.
Today at home put away the summer clothes. Went slow jogging in the morning.

Nowadays, politicians put their nose into education too much. This is
true where I work. Teachers' morale sure goes down the way things are these
days. A sign of the times.
Wednesday, November 11, 2015 Fair
Resumed traslating the Morning Letter into English. It has been almost
six months since I last did it. This time I will do it in order to enjoy
reading Korean, so, if the passage of the day is not enjoyable, I will
not translate it.
Tuesday, November 10, 2015 Fair
Self-esteem is a very important factor in life-both at home and at work.
However, nowadays, people seem to either have no self-esteem or have too
high a opinion of themselves. There is no in-between. Today sent my homeroom
students the second-term grades.
Monday, November 9, 2015 Cloudy, occsionally rainy.
Two students came for their makeup or retest. Not too busy. Prepared
for the first classes of the third term.
Sunday, Movember 8, 2015 Rainy
Worked as a STEP examiner all day today. Got up very early and on the
way back dropped at the usual shoe store to adjust the right insole. Yesterday
went to the shoe store and got a haircut in the afternoon. Quite a full
schedule.
Friday, November 6, 2015 Fair
Another warm day. Gave more than 10 students makeups or retests. Finished
reading a book. Did the dishes as soon as I got back home, taking out the
garbage as well. Then made coffee for the two of us.
Thursday, November 5, 2015 Fair
Today was as warm as a summer day. Yesterday got a massage at the usual
place. Tomorrow is a workday. Have to get my new pair of shoes and also
have my hair cut on the weekend.
Tuesday, November 3, 2015 Cloudy
Went jogging rather late in the morning. Went to the supermarket to buy
something for our cats. Worked on the Super Crossword in the afternoon.
Monday, November 2, 2015 Rainy and then cloudy.
Only one student came for her retest. Just corrected some reports and
marked a few exam papers, inputting the results.
Sunday, November 1, 2015 Cloudy
Gave some students makeups. My smartphone acted funny, so I decided to
buy a new one. On the way home dropped in at the usual phone shop.
