ネット上で日記は、個人的にはthe last
thing I want to
doでした。しかし、英語を書くことが
学習の一環と言う立場にあるものが、sampleになるのも意味のないことではないだろう、
自分も毎日、英語に接する機会も増えるし、また、このホムペになんらかの足跡を残すことに
もなるかな、などなどlong,
sleepless autumn nightに考えて、半ば勢いでcreate。
3-sentenceとなってますけれども、not
necessarilyです。要するにnot longということです。

This morning, too, slow-jogged along the road-a hard surface. At work
disposed of unnecessary papers. Got a letter of appointment for this next
school year.
Wednesday, March 30, 2016 Fair
My left shoulder is the so-called "50-year-old shoulder". It
hurts. I had it x-rayed today. My doctor said this is the most painful
case. The nurse there said it is going to tale two years for that to heal.
Wow, another pain...

The park was full, so I walked somewhere else. At work there were fewer
people. Today pain is all over. Too bad, but I did the dishes as soon as
I got home.
Monday, March 28, 2016 Cloudy
In the part there were some elementary school boys in the fifth or sixth
grade. Hearing them abusing each other, I could imagine what is going on
at their school.-hell of a place. At work there are 13 teachers who are
either quitting or transferring. They said a few words one by one., so
the staff meeting lasted from 2:15 p.m. to a little before 6:00 p.m. Incredible!
This kind of thing did not used to be done at this school.

This morning, too, I had the park ground all to myself. In other words,
I hogged it. Yesterday I used the comand (復元) on my computer. A miracle
happened. It seems it is okay now. I hope this will last.
Saturday, March 26, 2016 Fair
This morning I was lucky. There were no brats in the park. I was able
to slow jog to my heart's content. Before noon off to the hospital as usual.
Then lunch and an afternoon nap.
Friday, March 25, 2016 Fair
This morning in the park were some brats playing in an unruly manner.,
so I just walked around. At work there was this boss's interview. Again
I am going to be in charge of Korean, too, next school year.

My computer is in poor condition. The Internet connection goes on and
off oftentimes. Every time it is disconnected, I fix it. It is time-consuming.

Installed Windows 10 and my PC is now almost broken. Too bad. Many programs
are gone. Even this Homepage Builder was gone, but I had the CD.
Monday, March 21, 2016 Fair
Arriving at the appointed station at around 88:30 a.m., my sister drove
me to the cemetery where our father's grave is. Mom was with us. We cleaned
the tombstone together. On the way back dropped by the usual coffee shop,
where we drank hot and nice coffee. I ate lunch with them and chatted until
2:30 p.m. or so. My sister drove me to the station. Did some shopping myself
and got back home.

Yesterday downloaded Windows 10. The Internet connection has worsened.
It is often disconnected. Too bad. Tomorrow go see Mom. Her birthday. Visit
Dad's grave, too.
Friday, March 18, 2016 Cloudy and then rainy.
Althougt it was not too cold, I felt cold maybe because of the rain.
At work not much to do. Mostly talked with some colleagues about this and
that. Next school year, too, I am going to be in charge of Korean as well.

At work I was on telephone duty. There were around 10 calls, but unable
to contact the vice-principals. Too bad.
Wednesday, March 16, 2016 Fair
Felt good while jogging in the park because the weather was nice. I am
a person as changeable as the weather (otenkiya). I guessalmost every body
is. Got the usual massage in the evening after checking out two books at
the library.

Less cold but still cold. My right finger tingles-not a good sign. Reminds
me of how I was at age 50 or so. It has been nearl 14 years since then.
Morning jog was kind of hampered by some people in the park, so I chose
my course carefully. This sometimes happens and I am used to it.

At work a homeroom student came over for his signup. I helped him do
that. Prepared some envelopes, a notice, etc for Thursday. Yesterday was
a workday, too. Intreviewed eight examinees.

A bit cold but went slow jogging in the park in the morning and then
off to the hospital for neck traction.
Friday, March 11, 2016 Cloudy
At work on telephone duty between 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Not too busy.
The clerks in the office were so talkative.
Thursday, March 10, 2016 Cloudy and cold.
At work inputted MY NUMBERS and printed out the dependant slip. Have
to input my info on my new commute route twice-first one day after the
day of the change and then on April 1. Tomorrow is going to be a long day.
Wednesday, March 9, 2016 Rainy
The weather worsened and it got colder suddenly. I hate this kind of
weather. Gloomy. The doc and massage in the evening. Going out in the rain
was not very fun. No slow jogging in the morning , either.
Tuesday, March 8, 2016 Cloudy
Yesterday there were so many applicants coming at the last minute, so
my work ended 45 minutes late. Today bought a new train pass for the new
commute route, a more economical but slower route.
Sunday, March 6, 2016 Fair
At work did the same work as the day before yesterday. The temperature
is rising, and pollen seems to be flying around a lot. The cold winter
is almost gone, but one misfortune after another.
Saturday, March 5, 2016 Fair
Yesterday at work did some exntrance exam-related work. Rather busy.
Today did some exercise in the park and then off to the hospital for neck
traction after taking a shower. Spen the rest of the day in a leisurely
manner, reading, playing some online games, taking care of the cats and
my wife. etc. Also worked on the Super Crossword.
Thursday, March 3, 2016 Fair
Not too cold today. Off to the hospital in the next city. The doctor
who saw me was okay. My reflexes are normal, so wait and see again.
Wednesday, March 2, 2016 Fair
The usual massage and the dentist today. Again to the usual hospital
for a letter of introduction because I am going to another hospital. I
am afraid I am going to have an MRI exam. Too bad.

It was still cold today. I could not get up as early as usual this morning.
Anyway took a brish walk in the park before noon and went to the hospital
for neck traction as usual and then saw my doctor. He is a nice doctor.
