健康保険に加入していて、保険料をきちんと払っている人なら、子ども１人につき３０万円が受け取れます。
(If you have a health insurance and you pay it properly, you can get 300,000yen per a child.)

もし双子なら、６０万円です。(If you have twins, you can get 600,000yen.)
その場合・・・担当医から申請書に“双子”と書いてもらうのを忘れずに！(so in that case... DONT FORGET TO HAVE YOUR DOCTOR FILL OUT AN APPLICATION FORM "TWINS")

�@出産前に役所で申請書を取りに行く（病院にあることもあります）Before you birth, get the application form in the public office. (Sometimes there is in a hospital.)

もらえるのはいつか？When can you get it?
役所での手続きが完了後、その場で渡される場合もありますが、多くは２週間から２ヶ月後くらいで振り込まれます。申請し忘れた場合は、出産の２年以内なら申請可能です。When you finish the all the ins and outs of procedure in the public office, sometimes you can get it as cash at that time. BUT almost all the applicants can get it after 2 weeks or 2 months. Even if you forget to apply it, you can do within 2 years.
