My Name is Lynn Holland, Stareagle. I just discovered this site as I was pursuing new links about Walker Texas Ranger and Chuck Norris.
I was delighted to see MaryAnn's listing.
I had the opportunity to meet MaryAnn and Chuck Norris the same weekend, earlier this year.
I traveled to the Ocean State Grand National Karate Championships in Providence, Rhode Island.
Chuck was there to accept an award for competion on the "Team of the Century and to accept a check for over $100,000.00 for his Kick Drugs Out Of America program raised by the competitors and their schools.
He shook hands and took pictures with all of the competitors there. He was so kind to everyone he met including me! He has a firm handshake, sparkling eyes and he looks great in person.
He was so courteous to people, even some who were outrageous in their manners!
I want to thank all the fans who share their enthusiasm for Walker and Chuck through fanfiction, these sites and other projects. I think Chuck is a real hero and fabulous teacher. I have learned so much from his books on the martial arts and his personal growth.
